Volt Fitness AI helps track fasting, meals, hydration, workouts, health metrics, reminders, and AI trainer prompts. This policy explains what information the app may collect and how it is used.

The app may collect information you enter or generate while using Volt Fitness AI, including:

Profile and app account identifiers.
Meal schedule, meal logs, water logs, workout logs, fasting status, and daily health metrics.
Questions, prompts, and responses from Volt AI trainer features.
Notification preferences and device push tokens if background push notifications are enabled later.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to run the app, save progress, personalize daily fitness guidance, generate AI trainer responses, show reminders, and improve reliability and security.

Service Providers

Volt Fitness AI uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and backend functions. AI prompts may be processed through OpenAI from a secure backend function. API keys are not placed in the frontend app.

Health And Fitness Data

Volt Fitness AI is a fitness and accountability tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Health and fitness information should be reviewed with a qualified professional when needed.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers needed to operate the app, including hosting, database, authentication, notification, and AI services.

Security

The app uses Supabase security controls and row-level security policies to limit access to user-owned records. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but the app is designed to avoid exposing service role keys or private backend secrets in the frontend.
